Dhunseri Ventures Limited (formerly Dhunseri Petrochem Limited) is a key player in the PET resin industry in India. Through its strategic alliance with Indorama Ventures, the company—via IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries Pvt. Ltd.—offers world-class bottle-grade PET resin under brands like RAMAPET and ASPET, with an annual production capacity of approximately 700,000 TPA across its two Haldia plants and one facility in Karnal.
With exports to over 50 countries across the Indian Subcontinent, North America, Europe, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and North Africa, DVL combines scale with global reach.

As Chairman of the Dhunseri Group, Mr. Dhanuka has guided the company’s transformation from a strong domestic player into a diversified conglomerate with a global footprint.
Recognised for his strategic foresight, business integrity, and commitment to sustainable growth, he has been instrumental in forging key partnerships—most notably the joint venture with Indorama Ventures that made DVL one of India’s largest PET resin producers.
