IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries Pvt. Ltd. (IDPIL), formerly known as Dhunseri Petglobal Limited (DPGL), was incorporated on 29th September 2015 with its registered office at Dhunseri House, 4A Woodburn Park, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020. The company was established pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement between Dhunseri Ventures Limited (DVL) and Dhunseri Petglobal Limited, approved by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. Under this arrangement, the PET resin business of DVL in India was transferred to DPGL effective 1st April 2016, with the operative date being 11th August 2016.

Dhunseri Ventures Limited also holds a stake in Egyptian Indian Polyester Company (EIPET), a PET resin manufacturing company based in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. The facility caters to both African and European markets, helping Dhunseri expand its reach across continents.
