Dhanuka Dhunseri Foundation (DDF)
At the helm of Guided At Dhunseri Ventures Limited, we believe that growth is truly meaningful when it includes the progress of the communities around us. Our CSR initiatives are rooted in the values of empathy, equity, and empowerment, and are designed to create sustainable and inclusive impact. Through our dedicated outreach efforts and the Dhunseri Foundation, we support programs that uplift lives, promote education, enable women, and build social infrastructure across regions.
Key Focus Areas
We support education at multiple levels—primary, secondary, and vocational. Our initiatives range from scholarships and infrastructure support for schools to skill training for youth and women, helping them become employable and self-reliant.
Our women-centric programs provide tools and opportunities for self-employment, leadership development, and financial literacy. We partner with local NGOs to deliver holistic interventions that build confidence and capacity among women.
We organise health camps, awareness drives, and sanitation improvement projects in underprivileged communities. Access to clean water, basic hygiene kits, and medical consultations are facilitated in rural and semi-urban areas.
We invest in projects that improve local living conditions—such as building toilets, renovating schools, and installing solar streetlights. These efforts are designed to enhance quality of life and support inclusive development.

Education
The implementing agency ie., Dhanuka Dhunseri Foundation (DDF) constructed a girls hostel in Kolkata known as “S.L.DHANUKA GIRLS’ HOSTEL” having a built up area of 70,000 sq. ft. and provides accommodation for 400 girls.
